We are looking for dedicated sales representatives (m/f/d) in the field of photovoltaic and heat pump sales. In this position, you are responsible for acquiring and supporting customers in the renewable energy sector. You represent our company independently and build sustainable business relationships. Your task is to actively position our innovative products on the market and to support the growth of our customer base through targeted sales activities.
Tasks
- Acquisition of new customers in the field of photovoltaics and heat pumps, particularly in outside sales.
- Presentation and consultation on our products for private and commercial customers.
- Development of individual energy solutions in collaboration with customers.
- Cultivating and expanding existing customer relationships
- Support in marketing activities to increase brand awareness
- Participation in trade fairs, trainings, and professional development programs
- Market monitoring as well as analysis of competitors and trends to adapt sales strategies
Qualifications

- Experience in field sales and direct selling, ideally in the renewable energy or building technology sector.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities.
- Independent working style and strong self‑motivation.
- Good knowledge of marketing is an advantage.
